This brand was created by a deeply personal journey to restore balance, health & connection with God & self. It is vital to strive to become the best version of yourself, love yourself & pour into yourself. Embarking on this journey requires a lot self care, discipline, consistency & self love.

After facing years of health issues, and mental & internal stress. I turned to natural plant medicine, herbs, fruits, vegetables, nuts & more natural way of living. This not only consisted of eating cleaner & plant medicine, but also grounding with the Earth, meditating, positive affirmations, yoga/stretching, reading/studying, connecting with nature, fitness, showing love to my inner-child, writing/journaling etc .. etc .. holistic healing as a whole— seeking more than just surface level fixes & things that just put a band aid on issues physically, mentally & spiritually. I had to face myself & continue to face myself on a daily basis. What I discovered was life-changing: when you cleanse the body & clear space within mentally & physically, God fills the rest.
